The medical team of Primary Care Health Clinic is led by Ndika Fomukong, FNP, PA-C, and Dr. Brownell Payne who are on a mission to provide high-quality medical treatments and services to the residents of the Pico-Union and West Adams neighborhoods of Los Angeles.

Our clinic services spans a variety of treatments including adult medicine, women's health, pediatrics, men's health, mental health and preventive health care.
