Brownell H Payne, MD has practiced medicine in the Los Angeles area for 35 years. He studied Zoology and Pre-med, gaining a degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. Dr. Payne attended graduate school at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, where he earned his medical doctor degree.
He completed an internship in straight Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Following this, Dr. Payne served two years in the United States Army as a combat physician with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) based at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
